Services","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"目的：地区社会福祉協議会（以下、社会福祉協議会は社協）が、住民相互の生活上の手助け（以下、生活支援）をするボランティアセンターのような取り組みを展開する際には、住民福祉活動の基盤となる活動拠点が必要であり、その確保に地域の空き家を活用することの可能性を検討することが求められる。本研究は、そのための基礎資料を得ることを目的とする。\n方法：空き家を活用した住民福祉活動の拠点（以下、空き家活用拠点）をもつ地区があり、かつ生活支援活動に取り組んでいるか、活動を検討している地区がある市町村社協47社協を対象に、質問紙による郵送調査を実施した。\n結果と考察：活用されている空き家は、築年数「25～40年」が52.4％、「40年以上」が38.1％であり築古物件が多くを占めている。空間については、入口のある階に、使用頻度の高い空間を確保しやすい店舗と平屋建ての物件が活用されている。望ましい空間条件をもつ空き家を活用している地区社協があると回答した市町村社協は7割弱にのぼった。空き家確保のきっかけは、主体的確保と偶発的確保が半数ずつで、空き家活用拠点確保に取り組んでいる市町村社協は半数にとどまった。取り組みが活発な地域は、公的補助がある地域であった。物件の見つけづらさに課題があった。\n結論：公的補助の有効性と市町村社協等による活動支援の必要性とともに、公的補助の有無に左右されず、無料又は低額で拠点を確保しようとする場合の、市場に出ない物件の円滑な情報提供の必要性が確認された。空き家活用拠点確保の支援体制について、自治体ならびに市町村社協等による積極的な支援、空き家情報の提供環境整備が必要である。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.15042/00000213","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"神奈川県立保健福祉大学","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1349-4775","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_10002_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"中村,
