Services","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"「食事記録色分析法」は、対象者自身が食生活を振り返る際、自ら気づきを得るために食事記録を用いて行う簡便なツールである。本研究は、食生活振り返りツールとして「食事記録色分析法」の使用が、対象者の具体的な気づきの促しに有効であるか検討することを目的とした。対象者は、A市が主催する生活習慣病の予防を目的とした健康教室に参加したA市職員44名であった。健康教室では、対象者自身に気づきを促したのち、管理栄養士とともに食生活の改善計画を立案した。気づきを促す際、「食事記録色分析法」使用した群30名と、未使用群14名の2群に分け、対象者が記録した気づきについて、「量」「タイミング」「頻度」「内容」の4つの要素に分類し、分析を行った。対象者の気づきの数は両群に差はなかったが、気づき要素別では、「量」(p=0.034)、「頻度」(p=0.024)、「気づきの合計」(p <
