知的障害者に焦点を当てた看護教育について文献検討を行い、知的障害者に対応できる看護師育成プログラム検討のための示唆を得る。\n方法: Cochrane Libraryで文献レビューを確認、電子データベース(医学中央雑誌WEB版Ver.5,最新看護索引Web,メディカルオンライン,JDreamIII,CINAHL,PubMed)で、和文献はキーワード「知的障害」and「看護教育」で検索、英文献は「intellectual disabilit*」and「education」and「nursing」としabstract有で検索を行った。検索結果についてタイトル・抄録内容の確認、判断困難時は全文確認を行った結果、分析対象文献は和文献3件、英文献8件の計11件であった。これらの文献について、教育対象、教育内容、教育方法、教育評価等についてマトリックスを作成・整理した。\n結果: 研究は2000年頃から示され、看護基礎教育の一部の科目として教授され、看護継続教育では、看護師に対する介入研究として効果が示され、知的障害看護師の大学院進学希望があることが示された。ただし、教育内容については、世界的な基準として全体の方向性を示すまでには至っていないことが明らかとなった。\n考察:
