Services","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究は、軽度の認知機能低下がみられる患者を対象に、離棟・離院の防止のために作成した、踏切型センサー反応式安全柵（以下、安全柵）の安全性を検証することを目的として、被験者による安全性確認テストを実施した。対象患者に、小型の発信機を所持してもらい、安全柵に近づくとバーが閉じる仕組みである。このため、他の患者への通行の障害にはならず、対象者の離棟を防ぐことができる。\n今回、被験者による歩行テストおよび、車いす使用による走行テストを実施し、安全柵の正常動作が確認されたが、誤動作は見られなかった。しかし、車いす使用によるテストでは、発信機を置く位置により、安全柵のバーの開閉が若干遅れることが確認できた。また、安全柵の耐久性や、対象者以外の患者への対応など問題点も見つかり、今後の課題であることが分かった。今回検証した安全柵は、使用対象者に条件があり使用が限定されているが、使用対象者を適切に選定することや、安全柵の設置場所などを工夫することで、効果的な使用が出来ると考える。今後、対象者を広げて行くために、これらの点を改善して、臨床での使用を検討したいと考える。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"神奈川県立保健福祉大","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA12047903","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1349-4775","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"松戸,
